CORAL LEISURE ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Customers

With the government announcement informing us of schools, colleges and childcare facilities closing, we felt it may not be long until leisure facilities followed suit.

We hoped this would not happen for many reasons, but it has just been announced that all leisure centres are to dose to the public until further notice.

As a result, we will close at 6pm today 13th March 2020. Please keep an eye on our social media channel and on our website for further updates.

Our main goal is to always put the best interests of our customers as the highest priority and we have followed all national and industry recommendations, which include best practice guidelines such as:

  • Hygiene stations: including sanitisers and anti-bac spray and cleaning roll for all equipment.
  • The reduction of fitness class numbers.
  • The cancellation of all swim lessons and group events.
  • The closure of the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

We are receiving regular updates from both the Government and Ireland Active on their communication with the HPSC/HSE in regard to providing specific information re. Covid: 19 for leisure centre operators, and we will continue to follow best practice procedures.
