The National Pool Lifeguard Qualification course is a minimum of 36 hours, followed by a practical assessment on swimming pool theory, water safety and how to spot potential hazards. The course will teach you the practical skills of lifeguarding, such as water rescue, casualty recovery, CPR and first aid. For those learning to swim, under the guidance of our calm instructors, a breathing focus leads the way to help your body to be more relaxed as you control arm and leg movements.
For those who can already swim, we can develop your strokes further through analyzing your existing techniques and building new areas into your catch, reach, in-sweep, out-sweep, push and recovery phases of your arm cycles, as well as improving leg kick efficiency.
