 Coral Leisure Tuam are looking for ten 18-25 year olds to work with for 6 weeks with the aim of educating them about exercise and nutrition and they will receive 6 weekd FREE GYM, POOL AND CLASSES at it's centre in Tuam They will also get an assessment and programme designed as well as regular talks, weigh ins and measurements.
With a growing obesity problem and a technology inspired lack of exercise sweeping across Ireland, the team at Coral Leisure Tuam are doing it's bit to fight these major issues and FREE OF CHARGE. If you are in that age category and interested simply email your reasons why you should be on this programme in 20 words or less to tuam@coralleisure.ie and the ten will be selected this Friday and contacted individually.
